• Solo Drivers: Start at .55 CPM, rising to .60 CPM within 1-year, annual raises up to .65 CPM, averaging 2,800+ miles weekly, plus additional earnings and benefits.
• Health Coverage: Medical and dental benefits after 90 days.
• Time Off:
  • 1 week vacation after 1-year, flexible home time.
  • Weekly pay on Thursdays with direct deposit.
  • Rider program from day one, pets welcome with $250 deposit.
  • Flexibility: 3 days off after 21 days out, option to sell back unused time for $100 a day, up to 7 consecutive days off.
• Equipment & Convenience:
  • Drive Freightliner Cascadias with Detroit DD15 power.
  • Trucks equipped with Qualcomm units, 100% E-logs, Thermoking Tri-Pac APU's, 1,800-watt inverters, refrigerators, and SmartDrive technology.

• Valid commercial license (CDL)
• Safe driving record meeting our minimum requirements
• 6 months of verifiable experience in the past 3 years
